The position reports to the Head of Product & New Channels
Job Overview
- We are looking for a New Channels Specialist to help us expand beyond our traditional dealer-driven sales model and build new channels for customer acquisition. This role is an individual contributor role with clear sales targets — success will be measured by percentage of sales delivered through alternative channels.
- The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and data-driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, experiment with new approaches, and build the funnel required to reduce reliance on existing reseller channels.
Your work life
- Identify, test, and establish new sales channels beyond traditional dealer networks, including building and scaling our own referral/affiliate portal to acquire new audiences and non-user referrers
- Expand on current referral ecosystem by designing user-friendly onboarding flows, incentives and tracking mechanisms to grow acquisition through self-owned channels
- Explore and develop additional growth avenues such as affiliate schemes, e-commerce partnerships, offline merchant tie-ups, and B2B2C opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and inside sales to launch, optimise, and operationalise new channel activations—including platform enhancements for referrals/affiliates.
- Own and deliver sales performance from new channels, with full accountability for partner recruitment, activation, and contribution to total sales.
- Continuously experiment with go-to-market strategies across referral, affiliate, and partnership channels; analyse performance, iterate rapidly, and scale what works.
- Define success metrics and benchmarks for each channel, and provide clear reporting on partner performance, funnel effectiveness, and channel growth opportunities.
To be considered, you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields may be considered if candidate has sufficient industry experience.
- Commercial acumen. Good knowledge of telco business is preferred.
- Able to influence and lead cross functional groups and champion a new initiative.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (telecom/ISP/e-commerce/tech preferred, but not required).
- Self-starter with a “builder’s mindset” — able to spot opportunities, test quickly, and adapt.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with partners across industries.
Our Commitment to You
- Comprehensive medical coverage for you and your immediate family, including outpatient care, hospitalisation, dental and optical benefits.
- Wellness support with an annual spending account for health-related needs, alternative treatments, or even paid-up premiums for personal insurance.
- Employee assistance during life’s big moments, from celebrations to times of bereavement.
- Learning & growth opportunities through dedicated time for learning, access to LinkedIn Learning and rewards for upskilling.
- Cash rewards for recognised certifications and full reimbursement for up to two approved professional memberships each year.
