Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Malaysia IT solutions and staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading high-value client engagements, and securing new business opportunities within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the business development function across Malaysia, with a strong focus on IT solutions and staffing services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Acquire new clients (new logos), develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Represent client in industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
Key Requirements
