Multiple Vacancies-Site Safety Supervisor / Project Coordinator

Responsibility:

• Monitor Health and Safety incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within the organization.
• Develop Strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect public safety.
• Design Training Programs to provide safety awareness education.
• Create Reports detailing health and safety within the organization.
• Investigate health, safety and environmental accidents and other public safety concerns within the organization.
• Give Presentations about current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety and environmental hazards.
• Perform Risk Assessments on the tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments within the organization.
• Attend to site safety meetings as and when required.
• Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure that all work activities comply with relevant local, national, and standards, including ISO requirements whereapplicable.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure that all site personnel are adequately prepared for emergencysituations.
• Any other task that may be assigned to you by the management.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and supervision including liaise with building owner, developer, main-contractor, architects, consultants, QS and attending to site meetings as scheduled or upon request by customers.
• Monitoring site construction accuracy in accordance to the approved shop drawings and method of statement.
• Monitoring delivery and site progress schedule in accordance to the approved work program.
• Monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment in accordance to the contract requirements as well as JKKP requirements.
• Attend to sales and tender exercise as and when required.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you as directed by company management.
