  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience creating ad creatives for digital platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong skills in both static design and motion graphics production.
  • Experience creating ad creatives for Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
  • Ability to create short‑form videos, motion graphics, and multiple ad variations for creative testing.
  • Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and performance‑driven design principles.
  • Highly organized, fast‑paced, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Good command of English and Chinese with strong communication skills; able to work closely with marketing and cross‑regional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and design engaging static and motion creatives for paid channels including Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
