You\'ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines. What you\'ll be doing?

• Design Multimedia Content: Create engaging video content, animations, and motion graphics that support brand messaging.
• Handle Production: Manage pre-production and post-production, including script, storyboarding, video editing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Edit Visual Assets: Produce high-quality visual assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Enhance Content: Add music, voiceovers, visual effects, and motion graphics to enhance content.
• Support Marketing: Assist the marketing team with design needs for social media posts.
• Lead and Coach: Lead and coach a team of junior designers.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold high creative standards and deliver work on time.

Who are they looking for?

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related area.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, JianYing, Canva, and optionally DaVinci Resolve.
• Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles including branding, typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
