Multimedia Crew Team (Photo & Video Content – Malay & Chinese)

Reporting To: Director / Executive Office

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, creative Multimedia Crew to follow our Founder closely and capture powerful moments across events, meetings and travels.

Your mission is simple: turn real moments into impactful video content—especially motivational and leadership videos—for social media platforms.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and content-driven. Strong focus on visual storytelling

What You’ll Do

Capture professional videos of the Founder during daily work, events, and travels

Shoot and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Redbook, YouTube Shorts)

Turn speeches and real moments into engaging, high-retention motivational content

Build clear visual storylines that connect emotionally with audiences

Add subtitles in Malay, English, and/or Chinese

Be ready to move fast and capture spontaneous, viral-worthy moments

Education Background

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.

Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant hands-on experience may be considered even without formal qualifications.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in photography & videography

Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut)

Deep understanding of TikTok & short-form video trends

Comfortable creating content for Malay & Chinese-speaking audiences

Willing to travel locally & internationally

Flexible, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
