Job description

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients across various medical and surgical disciplines

Administering medications, treatments, and therapies according to patients' needs and healthcare providers' orders

Monitoring patients' conditions, documenting observations, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team

Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and patient-centred care

Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Other work related duties as assigned by Management
