🌟 We’re Hiring: Mortgage Specialist! 🌟 We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Mortgage Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of mortgage solutions to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. Location: Klang Valley (JB & Penang – strong mortgage experience required). Work Mode: Hybrid. Role: Mortgage Specialist.

What You’ll Do
  • Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets by onboarding new and affluent clients.
  • Promote and cross-sell mortgage-related protection products such as MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic alliances with real estate agents, property developers, mortgage brokers, and lawyers.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and external partners.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
  • Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and lending guidelines.
  • Onboard new priority and high-value customers to grow the portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage sales, or background as a real estate / property agent (Klang Valley).
  • Candidates with any sales experience and a proven track record are welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to cross-sell other unsecured banking products.
  • For Johor Bahru & Penang: candidates must have strong mortgage experience.
