Job summary

Oversee end-to-end warehouse and operations activities, including accurate and timely order fulfilment, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and quality compliance.

Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including coaching, performance management, training, and workforce planning.

Manage operational budgets and cost controls, including expense tracking and P&L accountability related to operations.

Maintain facility readiness, including housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and coordination of preventive maintenance activities.

Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive working environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, audit requirements, and quality management systems.

Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies using LEAN methodologies.

Partner with cross-functional departments such as HR, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and internal support functions as needed.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 5 - 7 years of operations experience, preferably within warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.

Proven experience managing teams or supervising operational staff.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
