Job summary

A leading clinical research organization in Malaysia is seeking a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Microsoft 365 tenant, managing SharePoint Online operations, and providing support for Microsoft 365 issues. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online management.
• Solid understanding of tenant administration and user access.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant

Design, build, and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, metadata, and permissions

Maintain SharePoint and OneDrive hygiene and structure

Support Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive operations

Manage users, groups, licenses, and access (Entra ID at a practical level)

Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk support for Microsoft 365 issues

Handle onboarding and offboarding

Support document control aligned with clinical research operations

Requirements

2+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration

Strong SharePoint Online experience (sites, permissions, structure)

Solid understanding of user access and tenant administration

Strong troubleshooting skills

Able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup

Must be based in Malaysia

Preferred

· Experience in healthcare, CRO, or regulated environments

· Familiarity with Teams–SharePoint integration

· Exposure to Microsoft Copilot
