Job description

We are a Professional Services team delivering project-based Microsoft 365 services, including tenant assessments, solution design recommendations, migrations, and configuration deployments across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure (Entra ID), and Microsoft Purview.

The Microsoft 365 Consultant (Mid-level) is responsible for independent delivery of defined workstreams, contributing to solution design, leading hands‑on deployments, and engaging directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

This role bridges execution and architecture, requiring strong technical capability, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with limited supervision.

Requirements

Assessment & Design

• Perform Microsoft 365 tenant assessments, including review of tenant configuration, security, compliance, and endpoint posture
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to solution design and improvement recommendations
• Translate assessment findings into practical, deployable solutions.

Project Delivery & Deployment

• Lead delivery of project-based Microsoft 365 engagements, including tenant-to-tenant migrations and configuration deployments
• Design, deploy, and configure Microsoft Intune solutions including device enrollment strategies, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, MDM/MAM, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) onboarding

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Purview solutions including Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Retention policies, and Insider Risk Management (IRM).

Identity & Security

• Design and implement Azure / Entra ID identity and access configurations
• Implement Conditional Access policies aligned to security requirements.

Delivery Ownership & Customer Engagement

• Execute work independently and own assigned workstreams end‑to‑end
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers
• Lead testing, validation, and cutover activities
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions and customer training
• Produce solution documentation, configuration records, and handover artefacts
• Identify delivery risks and elevate appropriately
