Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct microbiological testing and analysis in accordance with approved SOPs.
  • Prepare, label, and manage samples and reagents.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Document all test data and observations accurately.
  • Assist in laboratory method validation and quality performance improvement.
  • Organize daily laboratory tasks to meet testing schedules.
  • Support investigations of abnormal results and corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal audits and documentation control.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine microbiological testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, environmental and water samples in accordance with approved SOPs and testing methods.
  • Prepare, label, and manage samples, culture media, reagents, and solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, including performing calibration, verification, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure reliable results.
  • Ensure full compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, GLP, and safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of biological materials.
  • Accurately document all test data, observations, and results in laboratory records, logbooks, and systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Assist in laboratory method validation, verification, and continuous improvement activities to enhance testing efficiency and quality performance.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize daily laboratory tasks to meet testing schedules, turnaround times, and operational requirements.
  • Support investigations of abnormal, non-conformance, or out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal audits, inspections, and documentation control activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Perform any other duties and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management.
Educational & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science or a related field.

Candidate with Laboratory experience given priority consideration (Fresh Graduates with strong internship/academic projects may be considered).
