Metro System Integration Engineer / Metro Master Data Management Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain Metrology tools control standard and data collection of plant. Ensure all data output to customer is correct with the right method
• Coordinate and compile Best Known Method (BKM) & Inline process parameter (IPP) of metro step to meet customer requirements
• Key person to Qualification Workflow and Measurement Statistical Analysis (MSA)
• Propose and validate product measurement: Collaborate with internal teams to validate measurement locations and tool capability
• Data collection and setup for each product: Engage with the MES & QDM team to establish data upload to SPC chart
• Implement Metrology Control Systems: Ensure qualification workflow, long term stability control and MSA are fulfilled
• Contact windows of plant wise Metro proliferation and customer requirement: Coordinate and address concerns of that all processes in the metrology area align with customer requirements. If any processes are missing, create and establish them.
• Support Metrology Roadmap: Assist in developing and implementing system for new metro tool.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent field
• Min 2-5 years of experience as Metro process or system engineer
• Measurement statistical analysis: A strong background in MSA. Familiar with JMP, Minitab or other tools.
• Statistic and process control: Experienced in 6 sigma and SPC
• Physics and Measurement Principles: A robust understanding of the physics behind measurement principles.
• Big Data Experience: Able to handle large data volumes (Big Data), skill in Macro/Power Query/ basic programming is added advantage
• Able to work under pressure and dynamic situation
• Good communication and self-independent.
