TopNotch HR Consulting Firm – Kuala Selangor, Selangor

Qualifications
  • Any professional certifications is acceptable.
  • Years of experience: None - 2 years (Previous sales experience and account management is a plus, but not required). Experience in F&B industry is also a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and hands‑on experience with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment.
  • Be very organized and communicate well.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills.
  • Attention to details, able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately.
  • Time‑oriented, good management skills with ability to hit goals within set deadlines.
