Qualifications
Any professional certifications is acceptable.
Years of experience: None - 2 years (Previous sales experience and account management is a plus, but not required). Experience in F&B industry is also a plus.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and hands‑on experience with CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment.
Be very organized and communicate well.
Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills.
Attention to details, able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately.
Time‑oriented, good management skills with ability to hit goals within set deadlines.
