Job summary

A leading fashion retail company in Malaysia is looking for a dedicated individual to manage stock allocations, monitor movements, and collaborate with teams for timely delivery. Candidates should have a certificate or diploma in Business or Marketing and should be proficient in Excel. Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, with knowledge of Mandarin being a plus. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the retail sector by optimizing stock management processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Allocate and replenish stock to boutiques and outlets.
• Monitor stock movement and manage markdowns.
• Update stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with warehouse for delivery and distribution.
• Assist in preparing sales reports.
• Compile stock consolidation reports with the Merchandising Manager.
• Address stock inquiries from boutiques.

Job description

We are an established fashion retailing company engaged in design and distribution a wide variety of fashionable leather products e.g. handbags, wallets and shoes.

Jobscope

• Responsible for allocation & replenish of stock to boutiques and outlets/counters and fairs
• To monitor stock movement, markdowns, inter-outlet transfers & promotions
• To update stock level and replenishment of stock
• Work closely with warehouse team to oversee delivery and distribution of stock on time
• Assist in submission of sales reports and stock balance
• Work closely with Merchandising Manager in compiling stock consolidation report and other related reports
• Handle counters/ boutiques’ enquiries pertaining to stock issues

Requirements

a) Candidate with minimum certificate or diploma in Business, marketing or any other fields
b) Those with similar working exposure in Retail industry will be advantage.
c) Highly motivated and committed towards task given
d) Computer literate especially in Excel.
e) Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia & English and preference for those with knowledge of mandarin.
