We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our team at Miroza Leather (M) Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Merchandising department in ensuring the seamless presentation and efficient management of our product offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of merchandising strategies and visual displays across our retail stores

• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure product placement, pricing, and promotions are executed accurately and on time

• Maintain inventory records, track product movements, and provide reports to support decision-making

• Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and processing of new merchandise deliveries

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the in-store experience and maximize sales

• Provide excellent customer service to store staff and address any merchandising-related inquiries or concerns

What we’re looking for

1-2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail support role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numerical data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with store teams. Able to read and write in Mandarin is essential as this position need liaise with China Supplier

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage data and create reports

A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box to enhance product presentation
