Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams.
