Job description

We are currently hiring for RANKINE&HILL (a partner of ONG&ONG 360 Consultancy Sdn Bhd) - Johor Bahru Office at Persiaran Southkey 1, Johor Bahru.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, details, MEP routings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AUTO CAD.

Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or statutory requirements.

Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.

Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.

Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project.

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Proficiency in BIM software is an added advantage.

Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.

Candidate without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
