Your Daily ZOALA Experience

• Collaborate closely with the product and technology team to adopt solutions and resolve tech concerns based on client feedback.
• Create and deliver mental health content for students, parents, and educators, such as educational videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist in developing mental health related marketing content.
• Analyse data to drive product and mental health‑related strategies for elevating mental health outcomes.
• Develop and implement mental health success metrics to track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with clients to understand and address needs and mental health pain points.
• Provide individual counselling.
• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations of the counselling centre, including administrative, accounting, marketing, and client service functions.

The Career Requirements

• A Degree holder (preferably in Psychology, Mental Health, Counselling or related fields).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Mental Health Counsellor or similar role.
• Proficient in English, Chinese Mandarin (preferred), Cantonese (preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and pain points.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategies.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage day‑to‑day operations.
