This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor as a Medical Sales Specialist at WEYE HEALTHCARE. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our innovative medical devices and pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers across the region.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision‑makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
  • Providing product demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase the benefits of our cutting‑edge medical solutions
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet ambitious revenue targets
  • Staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and competitors to inform your sales strategy
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with the marketing and product teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices sub‑industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and technical product knowledge
  • Proactive and results‑oriented mindset, with the drive to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers
