Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in promoting our diabetes care products, specifically glucose monitoring devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets within hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell glucose monitoring devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical information to support product adoption.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Provide timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any science-related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.).
  • 2–3 years of experience in selling medical devices or healthcare products to hospitals.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving product adoption.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
