Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Medical Affairs Manager to lead our Medical Affairs Department. This role ensures smooth daily operations, strong coordination, and excellent service to consultants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Medical Affairs Department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and organize all department-related meetings, including logistics, agendas, reminders, and documents.
  • Oversee development, review, and maintenance of all policies and SOPs.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare and recommend annual capital and operational budgets; propose opportunities for service expansion.
  • Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes while ensuring compliant record keeping.
  • Coordinate CME talks, including necessary arrangements and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with departments and doctors on outstanding matters.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with Consultants and HODs to support smooth operations.
  • Identify, manage, and help resolve potential conflicts that may pose clinical risks.
  • Lead timely resolution and closure of complaints and clinical incidents.
  • Ensure effective communication and enforcement of management directives, policies, and procedures.
