Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Medical Affairs Manager to lead our Medical Affairs Department. This role ensures smooth daily operations, strong coordination, and excellent service to consultants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Medical Affairs Department to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate, schedule, and organize all department‑related meetings, including logistics, agendas, reminders, and documents.
- Oversee development, review, and maintenance of all policies and SOPs.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare and recommend annual capital and operational budgets; propose opportunities for service expansion.
- Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes while ensuring compliant record keeping.
- Coordinate CME talks, including necessary arrangements and follow‑ups.
- Follow up with departments and doctors on outstanding matters.
- Maintain continuous engagement with Consultants and HODs to support smooth operations.
- Identify, manage, and help resolve potential conflicts that may pose clinical risks.
- Lead timely resolution and closure of complaints and clinical incidents.
- Ensure effective communication and enforcement of management directives, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in medical administration or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
