• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender estimation for MEP works (contractor or consultancy background).
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD and estimation software.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Identify value engineering options and cost-saving measures.
• Support the preparation of tender submissions and clarifications.
• Maintain updated cost data, rates and historical records for reference.
