Responsibilities
  • Oversee all maintenance‑related activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems to ensure plant reliability and efficiency.
  • Implement preventive maintenance plans and strategies.
  • Analyze breakdown data, identify recurring issues, and develop action plans to reduce downtime.
  • Prepare and manage the department’s operating budget and forecast yearly expenses.
  • Ensure safety systems are in place and adhered to for plant and personnel safety.
  • Manage minor plant improvement and upgrade projects.
  • Control spare parts inventory to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Lead and manage engineering personnel and resources effectively.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in plant maintenance within manufacturing or heavy machinery industries.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast‑paced environments, and willingness to learn.
  • Willing to be on call when required.
