Responsibilities
- Size and select components as required to meet UHP gas purifier system requirements.
- Create solid models, drawings, procedures, and other required documents to support development of systems.
- Perform and document mathematical computations and other analysis as required to support product design.
- Work with component suppliers and operations to ensure products meet design requirements.
- Work cross‑functionally to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and controls sub‑systems.
- Conduct simulations and analysis to evaluate system performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including engineering drawings, design specifications, and test reports.
- Analyze and optimize purification processes to enhance efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gas purification technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to analyze data.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS).
- SolidWorks 3D CAD and 2D drawing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, especially BOMs, routings, and documentation.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and self‑manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and processes.
- Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization.
