Job description

Responsibilities

1. Led the 4th section of the battery plant in Malaysia Base. Deliver the project on time, safely and with quality. Carry out the pre-engineering of section 3 of the plant. And to close the follow-up;
2. Operation and maintenance phase. Major changes to the main plant of the docking department. Planning of expansion HVAC/E&M projects;
3. Technical review of design schemes and drawings;
4. Safety of all engineering projects within the jurisdiction. Quality and schedule control and organize project acceptance;
5. Achieve KPI indicators such as MOH indicators within the jurisdiction. The energy saving target has been achieved. The storage rate of EQ projects has reached the standard. Customer satisfaction achieved;
6. Manage the work of technicians in the area;
7. Cultivate and improve the business and skill level of technicians in the area;
8. Coordinate the work of engineering or operation and maintenance management within the special jurisdiction;
9. Ensure plant business continuity. Produce energy supply reliability. Reconstruction project economy;
10. Completed the work of regional coordination assigned by the regional manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above. Built environment. Equipment engineering. Mechanical and electrical management related major.
2. 3 years or above relevant experience in mechanical and electrical installation plant setup. Engaged in the same scale plant operation and maintenance management;
3. Familiar with HVAC and pipeline construction and mechanical and electrical specifications. Master the working principle and maintenance methods of HVAC facilities;
4. Familiar with plant end engineering projects (HVAC. Mechanical and electrical, process piping, etc.) planning. Scheme design and construction management;
5. Have a strong sense of management and strong management ability and level. Good service awareness and coordination ability. Careful and practical work, with strong driving ability and good presentation skills.
