• Conduct health assessments, product recommendations, and counseling sessions for mothers, infants, and young children.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and nutritionists to ensure holistic care and accurate advice.
• Develop and deliver educational programs, talks, and awareness campaigns on maternal and child health topics.
• Support product evaluation and selection to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based offerings.
• Monitor and analyze customer needs, feedback, and health trends to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to professional content creation for educational materials, campaigns, or social media related to maternal and child care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and ethical practices in all engagements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.

• Strong communication and counseling skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
