Marketing Trainee - Data Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join as a Trainee in Marketing [Data Analyst] to support order processing, system management, and data reporting in a manufacturing environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Entering and amending customer orders including new, sample, and return orders
• Issuing credit/debit memos and releasing work orders (CRF) to departments
• Managing customer order requirements and liaising with purchasing and IT for master data maintenance
• Extracting, compiling, and distributing statistical order data daily and weekly
• Preparing sales reports and slides
• Responding to sales and marketers’ requests and enquiries related to customer orders
• Handling special projects assigned by the manager
• Conducting inspections and attending meetings
• Handling user administrative tasks for marketing systems (SAP/CRM/Customer Portal)
• Maintaining and reviewing master data in systems
• Performing key user roles including workflow initiation and process improvement for projects
• Issuing change requests and conducting user acceptance tests
• Monitoring system performance and resolving minor system issues
• Assisting marketers and support teams with non-technical system issues
• Providing basic training to end users on program and software usage
• Collaborating with other departments on integration projects and understanding marketing needs
• Extracting data and handling special projects as assigned
• Taking additional responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior

About You

The company is looking for:

• Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent from reputable universities

• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
