Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce)
We are looking for Senior Marketing Specialists (Digital Marketing & E-Commerce) to join our team. We are hiring multiple candidates based on suitability and specialty. This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role combining digital marketing strategy with e‑commerce operations.
You will help grow our online presence and sales for Pilloo baby diapers across e‑commerce platforms and paid media channels. Responsibilities include managing Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and paid campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Google), optimising the full customer journey from awareness to repeat purchase, and driving measurable growth. You will work closely with internal teams to turn data into actionable insights that increase traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
Salary Range: RM4000 – RM7000, based on years of experience
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management
- Manage and maintain product listings on Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other e‑commerce platforms
- Ensure product information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Optimise product pages and landing pages to improve conversion, user experience, and customer trust
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, flash sales, and key campaign events
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads
- Manage media budgets and allocate spend across platforms to maximise ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to enhance ad performance
Campaign Execution & Promotions
- Coordinate pricing, vouchers, bundles, and campaign mechanics for all online channels
- Ensure campaigns and promotions are correctly set up, launched on time, and monitored
- Track campaign performance, identify opportunities, and propose improvements
- Analyse customer behaviour and sales performance across all platforms
- Monitor traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and key metrics to identify patterns and gaps
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for listings, campaigns, website optimisation, and budget allocation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations
Coordination & Operational Support
- Work closely with operations and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfilment
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams for visuals, promotional assets, and product launches
- Support initiatives to increase repeat purchases, basket size, and customer loyalty
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e‑commerce operations
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and paid media platforms
- Strong understanding of online selling mechanics, promotions, and campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision‑making and performance optimisation
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, as you need to communicate with mostly Mandarin‑speaking team members. Malay is a plus
- Experience in FMCG, baby products, or consumer goods
- Familiarity with e‑commerce dashboards, seller centre tools, or digital marketing platforms
- Experience working during major campaign periods (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, or double‑digit sales events)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or basic digital marketing analytics
