Marketing Specialist (Branding & Social Media)

Oldenburger Interior Sdn Bhd is a newly established company specializing in high-quality interior and furniture solutions, focusing on high-end retail and fashion shopfitting projects. Leveraging premium finishes and global manufacturing capabilities, Oldenburger aims to deliver exceptional products and services.

As a young and ambitious brand, Oldenburger strives to create a strong brand identity, build customer trust, and stand out in the market through strategic and creative marketing initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Executive to help us build our brand, develop marketing strategies, manage social media, and prepare impactful presentations that support company growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance Oldenburger’s brand visibility and market presence.
  • Manage and grow Oldenburger’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for meetings, pitches, and events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing and social media performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI and audience engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance our marketing strategies.
What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or branding role, preferably within the interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand messaging.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong command of English in writing is essential.
  • To be based either in Subang, Selangor or Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan.
