Responsibility
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership
  • Lead the full social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan monthly and weekly content calendars in line with Mechanize’s goals, campaigns, and product focus.
  • Develop strong creative directions, storyboards, and concepts for videos, visuals, and brand communication.
  • Ensure all content follows Mechanize’s premium brand standards in visuals, tone, captions, and creative identity.
  • Oversee execution of product showcases, educational videos, reviews, POV content, and brand storytelling.
2. Content Production & Creative Execution
  • Produce high-quality, high-impact video content for daily and weekly posting.
  • Provide on-camera hosting for selected videos, promotions, and brand storytelling when required.
  • Ensure every content piece has strong hooks, clean editing, and compelling messaging.
  • Monitor platform performance to refine formats, scripts, and creative direction.
3. Live Hosting & Real-Time Engagement
  • Oversee the planning and execution of TikTok Live sessions to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Host or supervise live sessions with high energy, confidence, and engaging delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to highlight promotions, trending inventory, and key selling points.
  • Track live metrics (viewers, retention, conversions) and continuously improve live performance strategy.
4. Branding, Trends & Creative Growth
  • Develop content that strengthens Mechanize’s position as Malaysia’s #1 Laptop Trade-In Specialist.
  • Identify new trends, viral formats, and competitor movements to keep Mechanize relevant and competitive.
  • Propose new creative campaigns, series, and thematic content tailored to the Mechanize audience.
  • Ensure the brand remains modern, premium, and recognizable across all social platforms.
5. Quality Control, Team Management & Training
  • Review and approve all content from junior creators to ensure high consistency and quality.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to junior content creators and live hosts.
  • Maintain smooth workflow execution, content standards, and platform best practices across the team.
