This position is ideal for ex-cabin crew, junior recruiters, or dynamic individuals who enjoy working with people, managing talent pipelines, and contributing to real hiring outcomes.

Source new corporate clients and identify hiring needs (Malaysia, Singapore, Middle East)

Promote KALER’s manpower supply services across industries

Manage inquiries via JobStreet, WhatsApp, email & job ads

Coordinate client meetings, job briefings & maintain CRM records

Advertise, Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates (local & foreign)

Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

Support documentation, onboarding and candidate handover process

Maintain & update candidate database and talent pool pipeline

Assist with internal hiring (job posts, shortlisting, interviews)

Support onboarding, leave tracking, staff files, and claims

🎓 4. Student Recruitment Support (Secondary Scope – IETA)

Occasionally assist in academy events like school fairs or open days

Support student engagement & respond to education-related inquiries

Collaborate with team on social media or education campaigns when required

🔍 Key Responsibilities

🧭 1. Recruitment Marketing & Client Development (Main Scope – KALER)

  • Promote KALER’s manpower supply services across industries
  • Prepare digital marketing content (posters, short clips, social media)
  • Manage inquiries via JobStreet, WhatsApp, email & job ads
  • Coordinate client meetings, job briefings & maintain CRM records

🎯 2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Advertise, Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates (local & foreign)
  • Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
  • Support documentation, onboarding and candidate handover process
  • Maintain & update candidate database and talent pool pipeline

🧾 3. Internal HR Support (Inter Excel Group)

  • Assist with internal hiring (job posts, shortlisting, interviews)
  • Support onboarding, leave tracking, staff files, and claims
  • Coordinate interns, trainers & group-wide HR engagement tasks

✅ Who We're Looking For
