JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring for the Marketing Department. Successful candidates will be placed as either Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive based on experience and assessment. This role covers the spectrum of marketing from strategic planning, creative direction, and team leadership (Manager level) to content creation, posting schedules, and execution (Executive level).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Shape brand positioning and identify new growth opportunities.

Plan integrated campaigns suited to each channel’s strengths.

2. Content Creation, Direction & Management

Set creative direction for video, photo, and written content.

Approve scripts, moodboards, captions, and design concepts.

Ensure consistent brand identity across Men, Women, Kids & Muslimah categories.

Produce short-form videos (OOTD, BTS, trending sounds).

Create photo content for lookbooks, styling guides, flatlays, and outfit inspirations.

Schedule and upload content based on the marketing calendar.

Support content production for lifestyle and fashion storytelling.

Assist with community engagement when required.

Identify and evaluate new digital platforms relevant to fashion and e-commerce.

Develop strategies to build presence and content for emerging platforms.

Guide content direction tailored to each new platform’s behaviour.

Support content production and posting for newly adopted platforms.

Adapt content style and format according to platform trends.

4. Performance & Data Analysis

Monitor performance using analytics dashboards and reporting tools.

Analyse content and campaign results (engagement, views, conversion).

Provide weekly reports and recommend improvements.

Suggest content ideas based on trends and results.

5. Influencer & UGC Management

Manage influencers, creators, and UGC collaborations.

Plan and execute seeding programmes.

Track deliverables and maintain creator performance records.

Reach out to creators for seeding and collaborations.

6. Campaign Execution & Support

Oversee major campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Raya, CNY, Payday).

Coordinate with Procurement, Creative, Warehouse, and Sales teams.

Ensure accuracy of product information, stock levels, and messaging.

Prepare materials for promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Assist with WhatsApp posters, lookbooks, and product highlights.

7. Team Leadership & Department Setup

Prepare marketing workflows, SOPs, and structure for future team expansion.

Train and guide new team members when the department grows.

Act as the point person for coordinating with other departments.

8. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

Handle any additional tasks or assignments as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years digital or e-commerce marketing experience.

Strong creative and analytical abilities.

Basic writing skills and social media familiarity.

Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and organized.

Leadership experience preferred (for Manager role).
