Esports Marketing Manager (Malaysia)

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer to drive campaigns for major esports leagues and IPs in Malaysia. You’ll execute 360° marketing initiatives, manage content and community engagement, and support partner activations that bring fans closer to the action.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for national and regional esports programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth rollout of assets and activations.
  • Develop and manage content plans, social engagement, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creators, teams, and streamers to spark conversation and fan participation.
  • Support partner activations, on-ground events, watch parties, contests, and promotional pushes.
  • Track performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future campaigns.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience in entertainment, lifestyle, gaming, or esports.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with creators, agencies, teams, or fan communities.
  • Execution-focused, organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Understanding of Malaysian youth culture and online trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken/written) preferred.
