About The Role

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various channels to achieve our business objectives, particularly in East Malaysia. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital ads, livestreams, SEM and SEO.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising, preferably in retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads etc.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
