About the Role

We are an AI‑driven healthcare technology company seeking a Marketing Manager to lead social media, digital marketing, and lead generation as we scale. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, managing interns and working closely with external agencies, while senior management focuses on client relationships and partnerships.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Manage company social media platforms and digital presence
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, email, website, content)
  • Drive and manage lead generation through inbound and digital channels
  • Track campaign performance, leads, and conversion metrics
  • Coordinate with external marketing/digital agencies
  • Manage and guide marketing interns
  • Prepare marketing materials for healthcare clients and partners
What do we need from you (Job Requirements)
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical, or health‑tech
  • Strong experience in social media, digital marketing, and lead generation
  • Familiar with B2B marketing and working with agencies
  • Mandarin language is mandatory to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients
  • Experience managing interns or junior team members
  • Independent, structured, and execution‑driven
Preferred
  • Exposure to AI or healthcare technology
  • Experience marketing to hospitals, clinics, or medical professionals
  • Background in startup or scaling companies
