A dynamic health services company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of digital marketing experience, a strong background in analytics and content strategy, and be capable of driving full-funnel growth. Own and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok, from strategy to optimisation and reporting.
Drive full-funnel growth across awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention using data-driven digital strategies.
Lead campaign research including audience, market, competitor, and keyword analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and manage a cross-platform content strategy aligned with campaign goals, funnels, and business objectives.
Plan and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring strong hooks, messaging, CTAs, and platform-specific optimisation.
Guide and optimise short-form video and performance-driven content, repurposing high-performing assets across paid and organic channels.
Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, Meta/TikTok Pixels, UTMs) to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Continuously improve results through A/B testing, CRO, funnel optimisation, and SEO collaboration.
Translate data into clear insights, reports, and actionable recommendations for ongoing optimisation and decision-making.
Act as the marketing lead, collaborating closely with content, design, development, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with direct ownership of performance results.
Proven ability to personally execute paid campaigns and content-driven marketing, including creating or guiding high-performing ads, social content, and short-form videos.
Strong experience in content strategy and content creation, including planning social media calendars, shaping hooks, messaging, and CTAs, and collaborating closely with creators or designers.
Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, conversion optimisation, and how content supports awareness, trust, and sales.
High proficiency in analytics, tracking, and optimisation (GA4, pixels, UTMs, A/B testing), with a data-driven mindset.
Self‑directed leader with strong communication skills, able to balance strategy, execution, and cross‑team collaboration in a fast‑moving environment.
