Marketing Executive (Property Developer) – Alor Setar
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote property development projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives achieve objectives.
  • Manage and produce content for marketing channels such as websites, brochures, flyers, advertisements, digital content, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce high‑quality marketing collateral that aligns with the company’s brand message.
  • Oversee social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase property developments.
  • Manage event logistics, materials, and communication to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain and monitor the company’s online presence, including social media profiles and review sites.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive positioning and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and market insights to the marketing manager.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required by the manager.
