MARKETING EXECUTIVE (MARKETING OPERATIONS)
Season Confectionary And Bakery – Johor Bahru, Johor
Plan and execute executive marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to achieve sales and brand growth objectives.
- Research market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and propose creative marketing ideas.
- Ensure all marketing materials, menus, and in-store collaterals are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and monitor CRM initiatives (e.g. Kaki Roti Membership) to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
- Support in-store marketing activities and seasonal promotions, including coordination of product launches and campaign rollouts.
- Coordinate and participate in key brand events such as new store openings, festive activations, and community engagements to enhance brand presence.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across outlets.
- Liaise with external partners, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Handle occasional customer enquiries or feedback received via marketing channels to ensure a positive brand experience.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong planning, analytical, and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in managing CRM programs and campaign performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
