MARKETING EXECUTIVE (MARKETING OPERATIONS)

Season Confectionary And Bakery – Johor Bahru, Johor

Plan and execute executive marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to achieve sales and brand growth objectives.

  1. Research market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and propose creative marketing ideas.
  2. Ensure all marketing materials, menus, and in-store collaterals are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  3. Plan, execute, and monitor CRM initiatives (e.g. Kaki Roti Membership) to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
  4. Support in-store marketing activities and seasonal promotions, including coordination of product launches and campaign rollouts.
  5. Coordinate and participate in key brand events such as new store openings, festive activations, and community engagements to enhance brand presence.
  6. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across outlets.
  8. Liaise with external partners, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  9. Handle occasional customer enquiries or feedback received via marketing channels to ensure a positive brand experience.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing CRM programs and campaign performance tracking.
