As a Marketing Executive - IVT with B.Braun, you'll play a vital role in driving impactful campaigns, coordinate high-profile events, and collaborate with industry leaders. From crafting compelling marketing materials to managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance, you'll be at the heart of our brand's success.

Your key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal and external events including workshops, CME sessions, and hands‑on trainings, ensuring all logistics, materials, and compliance documentation are prepared and managed effectively.
• Ensure all marketing activities and events adhere to company policies and Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, working closely with Regulatory, Compliance, and Business Support teams.
• Maintain and update brochures, catalogues, banners, and presentations; support the sales team with timely distribution and archiving of marketing materials with version control.
• Coordinate with external vendors for services such as printing, catering, and AV; collaborate with KOLs, nurses, and hospital staff to facilitate smooth event execution.
• Assist in executing email campaigns using approved templates and tools; manage RSVP forms and basic online engagement for marketing events.
• Oversee marketing‑related expenses including advertising, samples, travel, sponsorships, and conferences, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and account guidelines.
• Participate in budget planning for products and activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments against forecasts and performance metrics.
• Contribute to tender and contract submissions by preparing product and pricing information; support Regulatory Affairs in meeting local requirements and managing product incident reports in compliance with legislation.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline.
• Min 3 years experience in healthcare, preferably in Cardiology.
• Possess marketing experience in the healthcare field.
