A dynamic marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive to support departmental heads in formulating and monitoring advertising and promotional activities. The role involves designing advertising plans, liaising with suppliers, and creating engaging social media content. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant degree, have at least three years of experience in public relations and digital marketing, and possess strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Support Departmental Head in formulating and monitoring advertising & promotional activities, including brand building and implement marketing strategies.
Design and execute advertising plan, budget and expenditure.
Liaise with Supplier and Printers for promotional materials and publications, prepare POP and organise promotional activities.
Liaising with influencer / KOL for the social media engagement & posting monitoring
Prepare project proposals and annual marketing plan.
Liaise with advertising agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines, billboards, radioads)and below-the-line(newsletter, posters, buntings, souvenirs).
Conduct market research and analysis to determine the effectiveness of promotional activities and to monitor changes in market conditions and competition.
Evaluate & compiling the promo feedback of all campaigns.
Packing & distribution related marketing collateral / POP to reach retail shop prior to campaign start.
Responsible to plan & design creative eye-catching content for promotional & marketing materials.
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company marketing goals.
Develop monthly calendar & manage the content for integrated social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Medic Ford?? 🎙XHS, TikTok and LinkedIn, to increase online community growth & engagement
Plan & support digital marketing campaigns by introducing new, trendy, and bold creative ideas to strengthen the marketing efforts
Strategically extend market reach by creating attractive contents for marketing campaigns swims unterschied cank.
Work closely with designers & marketing team to ensure compatibility of content & visual designs.
Diploma / Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations orcalled Mass Communications or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in public relation Portuguese accompany digital marketing.
Able to communicate in Mandarin,l English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Skilled in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite omt algorithm).
Camera-friendly and willing to be featured regularly in our social media content.
Creative, trendy, highly motivated and proactive with an analytical mind is a must.
Good PR, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
