🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support and execute marketing initiatives across online and offline channels:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns & activations
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate 360° marketing activities with internal teams (Creative, E-commerce, Sales) and external partners
  • Liaise with collaborators, KOLs, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics
  • Manage marketing budgets, documentation, and claims accurately
  • Support project timelines to ensure campaigns and product launches are delivered smoothly and on schedule
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand engagement, recruitment initiatives, and sales conversion
  • Take part in varied marketing initiatives and special projects, giving you exposure to different areas of marketing and opportunities to learn beyond your core responsibilities
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Brand roles (FMCG experience is an advantage)
