Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of marketing plans and promotional activities for RIUH events according to approved plans and timelines.
  • Support the development of marketing ideas, content and materials under guidance from the marketing lead of supervisor.
  • Assist in coordinating the productions and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content and on-ground collateral.
  • Help track marketing budgets, quotations, invoices and expense documentation for assigned activities.
  • Assist in liaising with vendors, partners and suppliers for marketing related items and deliverables.
  • Support the coordination of marketing communications across assigned platforms and channels.
  • Assist in compiling marketing performance data, basic reports and post-event documents.
  • Provide on-ground marketing and coordination support during event days and promptly escape any issues to supervisors.
  • Execute and manage any other ad-hoc tasks, special projects or strategic assignments as directed by Head of Department.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field.
  • Ability to assist in launching promotional campaigns across digital and physical (on-ground) channels.
  • A creative eye for developing marketing ideas and assisting in the production of engaging content.
  • High attention to detail in managing financial documents, including quotations, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with printers, designers, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Willingness to work on-site during event days, handling fast-paced coordination and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collect raw data and assist in creating basic performance reports and post-mortem decks.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills to maintain consistency across various marketing channels.
