Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam Glenmarie for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the conception and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving new customer acquisition, and improving customer retention. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to meet business goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution, including strategy development, content creation, campaign management, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • Demonstrated analytical ability with experience in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in social media management
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin (both written and verbal)
