The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving demand, revenue growth, and market expansion through integrated marketing initiatives. This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign execution, market development, and commercial impact rather than brand governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and sales across online and offline channels, working closely with ecommerce and sales teams.
- Own campaign calendars, launch timelines, and execution across digital platforms, retail, events, and trade marketing.
- Support product launches from a go-to-market and commercial activation perspective.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales uplift, ROI, and CAC.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, pricing insights, and channel expansion.
- Manage marketing budgets, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Coordinate and participate in baby expos, trade shows, and business exhibitions locally and overseas.
- Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and distributors to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and actionable recommendations for future optimisation.
- To strategize and conceptualize new communication strategies to attract new target market to the existing products.
- To strategize and conceptualize long‑term marketing campaigns to support all marketing activities (online and offline) including but not limited to baby expos, special events, business exhibitions, etc.
- To propose the introduction of new products by evaluating market trends using various sources such as market research, competitors offering and customer feedbacks.
- To monitor the effectiveness and customer feedbacks for all marketing campaigns using various metrics and propose improvements to Senior Marketing Manager for future campaigns.
- To source, negotiate and obtain the most competitive pricing for non‑products items (GWP) from oversea.
- To support Senior Marketing Manager in preparing yearly budget and monitor the actual spending to ensure it is within the budgeted amount.
- To identify and participate in business exhibition, both locally and oversea to promote company’s products
- To assist in administrative works and all other duties assigned by Senior Marketing Manager.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands
- Strong execution mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Familiar with digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
