Job summary

An established real estate development company is looking for a Marketing Executive to assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing, minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry, and good communication skills. Responsibilities include working with relevant parties on promotional activities, preparing marketing collaterals, and liaising with authorities for license approvals. Candidates willing to work weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' working experience in sales & marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant property development experience will also be considered.
• Willing to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Work with advertising agencies and suppliers on promotional materials.
• Coordinate preparations for sales launches and promotional activities.
• Liaison with authorities for license approvals.

• Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company's projects
• Work closely with advertising/media agencies,consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules
• Assist to plan, prepare and executeall marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketingand social media materials. Able to suggest off line marketing tools.
• Propose monthly marketing plan, prepare weekly meeting slides on Sales & Marketing related matter.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows.
• Liaison with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses and reports required by authorities

Requirements

• At least Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in the sales & marketing preferably in the real estate development industry
• Possess knowledge in designing and copywriting works.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of IFCA Property System is an added advantage
• Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant experience in property development will also be considered
• Willing to work during weekends as and when is required
