Job description

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence through strategic social media engagement and executing awareness campaigns that drive visibility and growth. You will also support product launches by developing or localizing marketing materials, customer‑facing content, and use case documentation in collaboration with our product and HQ marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and manage content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor trends, engagement metrics, and platform analytics to optimize content performance
  • Develop and run digital awareness campaigns to increase brand recognition and product visibility
Product Marketing Support
  • Create brochures, datasheets, pitch decks, and other sales and marketing collaterals
  • Assist in product positioning, key messaging, and value proposition articulation
  • Support internal teams and channel partners with consistent and updated marketing resources
Use Case & Customer Documentation
  • Write and maintain use case content, customer success stories, and case studies
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Ensure documentation is aligned with brand voice, technically accurate, and easily understandable
Event, Campaign Coordination & Website Content Related Coordination
  • Support marketing‑led events, webinars, and exhibitions
  • Work closely with the HQ marketing team for branding, campaign rollout and promotional asset alignment
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with product and brand messaging
  • Work with design and development teams to enhance site structure, UX, and SEO performance
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to social media and digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
  • Good command of English; copywriting experience is an added advantage
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across teams
  • Experience in IT, server, or data center industry is an advantage
