We are a beloved bakery brand known for our freshly baked goods and warm customer service. As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help boost our brand presence, promote our products, and engage our community online and offline.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales across online and offline channels, including festive promotions, product launches, and store events.
  • Manage the bakery’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and growing follower engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers to develop visual content, including product photography, reels, stories, and promotional videos.
  • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, digital ads, in-store posters, newsletters, and website banners.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with branches, ensuring smooth rollout of campaigns and consistent branding across locations.
  • Plan and manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and giveaways to increase brand exposure.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other platforms, and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on F&B trends, competitors, and customer behavior to recommend improvements or new ideas.
  • Organize and support on‑ground promotional events, including product sampling, seasonal activations, and customer appreciation programs.
  • Manage marketing budget and track expenses, ensuring cost‑effective campaigns.
