Job summary

A leading resource company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to manage sales reports and customer communication. The role involves preparing weekly sales schedules and follow-ups with customers, as well as collaborating with quality control for product inspections. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Sales & Marketing and be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This position is based in Pagoh, Muar.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Aggressive and good communication skills with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly report on sales schedule, sales summary & booking summary.
• Prepare finished goods month end stock & closing report.
• Follow up with customers daily on sales, shipment, samples and new product development.
• Work with buyer QC on new product development and inspection arrangements.
• Daily review on finished products and follow up on product quality checks.

• Working with buyer QC on new product development, samples and inspection arrangement.
• Daily review on finished products, inline & offline product quality, follow up with internal and external QC on product checking & inspection.
